Is the kit system structurally certified?
Yes, our kit systems are certified for general projects according to Australian and New Zealand standards.
What solar panels can we use?
Most solar panels are suitable up to 2.4 metres (Australia) or 2.3 metres (New Zealand) in length
Is the kit system flexible?
Very:
- Most solar panels are suitable up to 2.4 metres (Australia) or 2.3 metres (New Zealand) in length
- Integrated adjustment slots allow for tilt angles of 15-30 degrees
- Slide-in connectors for flexible join positions
- Suitable for undulated ground up to 5 degrees slop (East/West)
Is the kit system easy to install?
Yes:
- No head assembly required (one bolt connection)
- Lightweight aluminum purlins; Adaptable on site
- No special tooling required
Can I install a kit system in any wind region

Does the kit system require pile driving?
Systems can be driven piles or concreted into the ground
What is the embedment depth for the driven pile option?
This varies based on location and ground conditions. Please refer to our RMA certification document
How far apart should the foundations be spaced?

What type of mix do I need to fill the pre-drilled hole with?
Stabilised sand or concrete, providing that it meets specified strength requirements. Please refer to page 5 of our ‘Ground Mount Kit Structural Certification’ below
Do I need earthing shims for the clamps?
No, they are integrated on panel clamps
