Ground mount systems
The optimised design of S-Rack Ground Mount Systems means fewer components and installation tools. This translates into considerable savings on materials and installation timeframes.
Sigma Ground Mount system features
-
High level of pre-assembly:
Purlin clamps pre-assembled on girder. Pre-assembled module clamps with integrated earthing pins. Requires no earthing shims. - No head assembly required; girder fixed directly to the pile foundation (‘one bolt connection’)
- All steel parts are hot-dipped galvanised for excellent corrosion resistance and durability
- Suitable for up to C5 environments
- Purlins available in aluminium or steel
- Slide-in connectors for flexible join positions of the purlins (Sigma S1 Alu)
- Standard, off the shelf tooling required for installation
